Who we are
SBH Real Estate started in 2021 managing a family portfolio in Dubai: apartments, villas, whole buildings and offices, each with its own tenants, cheques and contractors. The processes we built to run that portfolio, with one manager per property, approvals in writing and a statement every month, are the same ones we now offer to other owners, on the same terms.
We work from Office 204, Oud Metha Offices. Our clients are individual owners, portfolio investors, owners who live abroad, and owners of commercial units.

How we work
Assessment
We look at the unit, its condition, its rent against the market and its tenancy, and tell you plainly where it stands.
The plan
Manage it as it is, re-let it, or change something first. You get a written plan, a budget and a start date.
Operations
Tenants, cheques, maintenance and paperwork, handled by one manager with one number.
Reporting
A statement every month, a budget every year, and a call whenever a decision is yours to make.
