What we collect and why
The contact form. When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, what you own and where, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. The message is sent to our mailbox by an email delivery service and is not stored on this website.
WhatsApp and email. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, that conversation is held by WhatsApp (Meta) and by our email provider under their own terms, and by us for as long as we are talking to you about your property.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits and the pages people read without cookies and without identifying you. If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, we also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used and where it can be improved. You can decline, or change your choice later with “Cookie settings” in the footer, and the site works the same.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case your details are kept under the management agreement. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Your choices
Email us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone outside SBH except the services named above, which process them only to deliver the website, the form and the analytics.
